John Panichella, the visionary and founder behind John Panichella Public Relations (JPPR) and former West Coast Editor for J-14 Magazine, celebrated his 31st birthday this past weekend at The Den on Sunset in West Hollywood. Celebrity pals stepped out to celebrate the media maven’s big day including Kerri Colby, Savannah Britt, Dylan Bernard, Eva Amantea, and more. The intimate gathering was super exclusive as guests enjoyed a decadent bar and delectable bites.
John Panichella began his career by creating an entertainment news blog at the age of 14, ultimately amassing millions of impressions each month. He spent the next four years balancing his time in high school with interviewing celebrities like iconic rapper Trina, YouTube star Kingsley, Sum 41, and Danity Kane MTV’s Making the Band.
After high school, Panichella moved to Los Angeles, CA where he was hired by Bauer Xcel Media as the West Coast Reporter for their teen brands, J-14, TWIST, and M Magazines. He spent his time at the magazine covering red carpet events like the Billboard Music Awards, the American Music Awards, and the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards. At the magazine Panichella was able to interview the likes of Chloe Bailey, Halle Bailey, Shawn Mendes, Joe Jonas, Tori Kelly, and countless others.
John Panichella left Bauer Xcel Media and began pursuing PR full-time. He has worked campaigns for 2x Super Bowl Champaign Logan Ryan, recording artists like Johnny Orlando, Maggie Lindemann, and Carson Lueders. Currently, JPPR is home to social media sensation Tommy Winkler, star of the Netflix Top 10 Series Buying Beverly Hills, Sonika Vaid, vocal prodigy Vella, and more.
