Wine & Warpaint, the powerful indie rock, pop punk, and post-hardcore act from Richmond, Virginia, is set to embark on their much-anticipated “Shattering Stigma Tour,” a collaboration with the non-profit organization Victims & Villains. Running from November 13th to 17th, the tour will bring audiences not only a blistering live music experience but also support an organization fighting to help those impacted by suicide.
The tour was inspired by Wine & Warpaint’s song “Shattered”, a personal exploration of the band’s journey as suicide loss survivors. Their collaboration with Victims & Villains brings a unique focus to the tour: each stop will feature resources and support for mental health from Victims & Villains, a multimedia non-profit dedicated to reducing the stigma around mental health through pop culture engagement. The tour’s final show on November 17 aligns with International Survivors of Suicide Loss Day.
Wine & Warpaint frontman Brandon O’Neill reflects:
“We met Josh from Victims & Villains back in March and immediately connected with his mission to break down barriers around mental health. Every show on the tour offers a space where people can come together, enjoy music, and connect with resources that might just save a life.”

Wine & Warpaint solidified their presence this year as a force in the modern rock landscape. Their debut album Disassociate, released on June, was the culmination of over a year’s worth of teasing and releasing singles. Their restraint and consistency paid off, earning praise for the album’s sonic depth and poignant lyricism, receiving national attention, and securing Wine & Warpaint’s place among today’s most impactful unsigned bands.
In support of all this, Wine & Warpaint have been on an extensive and relentless touring schedule, solidifying their reputation as a memorable experience for showgoers and a reliable troupe that promoters have taken notice of. The group regularly drew crowds in cities across the country, from their hometown Richmond to Tulsa, Jeffersonville to Milwaukee, and Omaha to Chicago.
Wine & Warpaint’s unwavering dedication to live performance throughout 2024 underscores their passion for connecting with audiences and delivering powerful, emotive shows night after night. The tour confirms the group are always hungry and ready for more live shows; the collaboration with Victims & Villains proves their intent to make every set a moment of purpose and connection.

About Wine & Warpaint
Wine & Warpaint navigates an interior world decimated by loss, deconstruction, and depression while maintaining a paradoxical commitment to hope and optimism. Their signature blend of big hooks, punk edge, and wall-of-sound energy led to them being recognized as winners of the Player Plus Studio Sessions: Powered by Fender, where they were selected by a celebrity panel of music legends and executives as one of the 26 best unsigned bands in the world.
In the studio, Wine & Warpaint is the conception of multi-instrumentalist and songwriter Brandon O’Neill, who is joined live by Taylor Bess, Colleen Christman, Hunter Glotz, and Hannah Haupt. After working with Matt Goldman (Underoath, The Devil Wears Prada, Anberlin) for the first EP “HOMELESS”, O’Neill released a self-produced 9-song cover album as well as the band’s sophomore EP “Half to Life.” Their upcoming debut full length is produced by O’Neill and mixed by bassist Taylor Bess and Will Beasley (The Dangerous Summer, Turnstile, Asking Alexandria).
