L.A. rapper Blueface has soared into the Top 10 at both Urban and Rhythmic radio this week with his smash hit, “Thotiana,” marking another milestone for the artist. The single is currently at #8 Mediabase/#10 BDS on the Urban Chart and #10 at both Mediabase and BDS on the Rhythmic Chart.
Blueface released his album Famous Cryp, featuring the hit “Thotiana,” late last year on 5th Amendment Entertainment/eOne, and his meteoric rise has been the indie success story of this year. Since January, the 22-year-old rapper topped the Spotify Viral 50 Chart and entered the Top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100 chart with “Thotiana.” He also graced the cover of Fader Magazine, and was featured in the Sunday New York Times.
“Thotiana” currently has over 400 million streams to date, and has seen official and nonofficial remixes from YG, Cardi B, Young M.A., Nicky Minaj, Soula Boy, Desiignerand more.
Blueface is in the middle of a tour with Lil Baby, which hits Terminal 5 in NYC on April 8th and wraps in Atlanta on April 20th.
