Los Angeles artist Mission SugarFix presents the music video for his new single “Miyumi Suki”, produced by Lew Laing with horns provided by the CS Latin All Stars. When asked about the inspiration for the new single, Mission says “I was the ‘new guy. I was being overlooked. So I made a song to express how I feel about my music image and talent status. My name is Mission SugarFix and they call me John Lennon.” The video was shot by director Martin Durazo, at his Inglewood home. “I’m familiar with the area but his house was something different, something groovy, something inspiring,” says Mission. “Working with Martin was cool and steady-paced and his ideas panned out awesomely. He reminds me of [“Miyumi Suki” producer] Lew, who has the ability of not cramming, but steadily flowing a large body of work in a short period of time, all to be left with a amazing finished product or art.” “Miyumi Suki” is a JOBA Records LLC release.
