Halle Berry suffered a fall, was injured and hospitalized Tuesday after shooting a fight scene in “The Hive,” one of her new movies. However, the “Catwoman” star was treated, released and eager to get back on set of the film.
Wednesday, TMZ reported the Academy-Award winning actress fell and hit her head during the taping of a scene in her upcoming thriller.
Halle Berry began throwing up after the “nasty fall,” according to sources on the scene.
While Berry was taken to the hospital in an ambulance, she is said to be in good spirits, only having sustained a minor injury. Her rep released this statement on the fall:
“Halle Berry suffered a minor head injury while shooting a fight sequence on the set of her film, ‘The Hive.’ She was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but she checked out healthy and was released.”
Berry, is in the midst of a custody battle with ex-boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry, over their daughter Nahla. As such, an injury is the last thing she needs in her turbulent life at this time. Currently, Halle is engaged to marry Olivier Martinez.
Halle Berry, falls, movies and hospitals have something in common. Just last year, she injured her foot while filming “Cloud Atlas.” She was also banged up on the set of “Catwoman,” and broke her arm while on the set of her movie, “Gothika.
